Abhyanga typically covers the entire body, from head to toe, and focuses on rejuvenating the nervous system. This is one of the many Ayurvedic treatments that I do. The first session will include a converstation to establish the clients needs and goals, after which the massage will be tailored to the individual.

Aithein Healing Massage

This massage focuses on energy exchange and psychological well-being by harmonising the body, mind and spirit. It is a soft and relaxing massage that starts at the head to quiet thoughts. All strokes are soothing and aim at relaxation. Aithein Healing massage incorporates most of the techniques found in different massages, and adds aspects of energy work as well. The desired effect is a sense or harmony and balance. This massage can be an intense experience as the body releases physical and psychological tension, finally leading to a sense of relief and liberation.
